5、Character: Magnesium carbonate (light density) is white, friable masses or unconsolidated white odorless powder. Relative density is 2.2 and melting point is 350℃. It’s stable in air. When heated to 700℃, it decomposes to carbon dioxide and magnesium oxide. It’s almost insoluble in water, but it imparts a slight alkaline reaction. It is insoluble in ethanol, but dissolves in dilute acids with effervescence.

6、Usage: It can be used as nutrient, flour treatment agent, anti-caking agent and leavening agent. It could also be used in wheat powder and gum ingredients.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
